Errol has been in private practice since 1981 and is an experienced valuer in all facets of urban and rural valuation, holding a dual qualification. He is a past Chairman of the Canterbury/Westland Branch of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and past Chairman of ValGroup. Errol undertakes a full complement of valuation work, but is involved predominantly in the rural, commercial and industrial fields, with considerable experience as an expert witness in the areas of litigation and arbitration. Areas of specialisation include supermarkets, shopping centres, lifestyle properties and farm valuations.
