Richard has been a director of the Company since 1988 and undertakes a wide variety of valuation work, including the valuation of plant, businesses and commercial/industrial project consultancy. Richard has been a Registered Public Valuer since 1984 and is a former committee member of the Institute of Plant and Machinery Valuers in Canterbury. Richard has considerable experience as an expert witness in litigation and arbitration work. His interest in computer applications to valuation has led to further specialised work, including feasibility studies, development consultancy, fire/damage loss assessments and valuation of specialist going concerns. A full range of residential valuations also forms part of Richard's work.
