Simon is actively involved in a wide spectrum of urban valuation work. Simon undertakes valuation and consultancy of commercial, industrial and residential property, specialising in acquisition valuations, Crown compensation assessments, rental valuations and dispute resolutions. Simon is well versed in all aspects of the Unit Titles Act 1972, from both an administration and valuation point of view. Simon has been in private practice since 1987, becoming a shareholder and director of FordBaker Valuation in 1995 and is a current director of ValGroup.
