- Rick has been a Registered Public Valuer since 1984 and a director of FordBaker since 1988.
- He has combined Valuer qualifications in both plant and property and is a former committee member of the Institute of Plant and Machinery Valuers.
- Specialist areas comprise Going Concern assessments, feasibility studies, commercial and industrial arbitration and consultancy, fire/damage loss assessments, plant/business assessments, expert witness consultancy, as well as a full range of residential work.
- Rick has strong family values, and enjoys the lifestyle opportunities of living on Banks Peninsula, on the waterfront.
- He has a lifetime of experience in both competitive and leisure yachting throughout New Zealand and has won numerous local and national yachting class titles.
