- In private practice since 1985, John has been a shareholder and Director of FordBaker since 1988 and is a past Director of ValGroup Limited.
- John has a very strong client base and is committed to providing a high standard of customer service. He is very experienced and one of the strengths of his practice is the diversity and breadth of the valuation types he completes.
- Specialist areas comprise subdivision work, investment property consultancy, valuations for accounting purposes and property development and feasibility assessments.
- John is an Olympian having represented and captained the New Zealand Men’s Hockey Team. When not burning the midnight candle at FordBaker Valuation he is heavily involved in coaching hockey at various levels.
- His zany sense of humour, as evidenced by the numerous “bric-a-brac” collectables in his former Moorhouse Avenue office, is enjoyed by the FordBaker team.
