- Terry has been in private practice since 1985, and became a shareholder and director of FordBaker Valuation Limited in 1995.
- Terry is experienced in a wide range of urban and rural valuation work.
- Specialist areas comprise valuation of hotels, motels and other hospitality related properties throughout the South Island together with a full range of residential work.
- Terry takes an active role as a councillor and Vice President of the NZIV.
- Terry’s passionate dislike of cell phones is matched by his intense participation in all sporting endeavours. His injuries are legendary and become increasingly exaggerated when told with a glass of fine wine or single malt whiskey.
